Spanish Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient outreach and scheduling. The ideal candidate will handle communication with patients who have missed appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Call patients who missed their appointments (new patients and procedure appointments).
  • Reschedule missed appointments when appropriate.
  • Document all call attempts and patient responses.
  • Update patient records in the scheduling system.
  • Notify the referral source of any patients who cannot be reached after multiple attempts.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during every call.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to stay organized and work independently.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
  • Previous medical office experience.
