B2B/B2C Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to identify qualified prospects, build targeted lead lists, and execute outbound prospecting campaigns. The ideal candidate has proven experience in lead research, cold calling, appointment setting, and CRM management, with the ability to support multiple campaigns across various industries while consistently meeting outreach and pipeline targets.

Schedule

    • Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM; London, UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify qualified prospects based on target customer profiles across multiple industries.
  • Build, maintain, and update accurate lead databases using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and lead management tools.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and approved communication channels to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
  • Document prospect interactions, qualification notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM.
  • Track outreach performance, lead quality, conversion metrics, and campaign results to improve prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the client to refine lead generation efforts based on business priorities.
  • Manage multiple lead generation campaigns while maintaining organized records and meeting outreach and appointment-setting targets.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline activity, campaign performance, and lead quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C lead generation, lead research, list building, outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to prospective clients.
  • Experience using CRM systems, lead management tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and consistently achieve performance goals.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting industries such as construction, logistics, removals, shipping, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting, lead enrichment, and pipeline management tools.
  • Experience working with international remote clients.
  • Understanding of lead qualification frameworks, outbound sales best practices, and performance reporting.

Role Scope

  • Serve as a dedicated full-time remote resource supporting lead generation and outbound prospecting across multiple industries, including construction, removals, shipping, and e-commerce.
  • Assist in generating leads for the client's proprietary platform and product offerings.
  • Report directly to the client, providing regular updates on pipeline activity, outreach metrics, appointment results, and campaign performance.
