Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Outbound Sales Closer to manage our high-volume inbound and outbound sales pipelines. In this role, you will be responsible for handling lead outreach, overcoming prospect objections, and consistently hitting monthly closing quotas. You will collaborate with our fast-paced sales team, utilizing established CRM workflows and script training to convert high-intent prospects into new business.

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PDT, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Execute a high volume of outbound sales calls, texts, and emails daily to hunt down and secure new business.

• Take control of inbound and outbound conversations, confidently navigate resistance, and turn around stalls or objections into closed sales.

• Consistently meet or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly closing quotas.

• Learn, internalize, and execute our proven training methods and scripts while bringing your own natural closing instinct to the table.

• Relentlessly follow up with pipeline leads to ensure no money is left on the table, while maintaining accurate records of every interaction in our CRM.

• Work alongside a hungry, fast-paced sales team to share tactics, stay sharp on product knowledge, and drive overall company revenue.

Requirements:

• MUST BE BASED IN OR NEAR THE CLIENT'S TIMEZONE FOR WORK SCHEDULE ALIGNMENT

• Clear history of success in an outbound sales environment (high-ticket, B2B, or fast-cycle B2C preferred)
  

• Resilient and persistence-driven mindset with a proven ability to confidently navigate sales resistance, manage objections, and maintain momentum through a high volume of outbound interactions.

• Highly persuasive verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to build rapport rapidly and command authority on a call.

• Independent and must be disciplined enough to align with our specific systems, scripts, and product training.

• Organized enough to maintain precise records of your pipeline while maintaining a high call volume.
