CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist (Monday.com)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist (Monday.com) to own their CRM platform, optimize marketing operations, and improve the management of investor and prospect relationships. This role is responsible for maintaining clean and accurate CRM data, building automation workflows, supporting marketing communications, and providing insights that help strengthen client engagement and business growth.

The ideal candidate has experience with CRM administration (preferably Monday.com), marketing automation, data management, and process improvement. They enjoy creating efficient systems, are highly organized, and have strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and optimize the Monday.com CRM platform
  • Evaluate the existing CRM setup and recommend or implement alternative CRM solutions when appropriate
  • Clean, organize, and maintain investor, prospect, and referral data
  • Segment contacts into appropriate categories, including investors, financial advisors, referrals, and prospects
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for client communications, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Create and manage reminder systems to ensure timely engagement with prospects and investors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and client interactions
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and insights from CRM data
  • Manage and support email marketing campaigns and client communications
  • Format and distribute monthly marketing updates, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Track referrals and assist in managing referral follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve CRM processes and marketing operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Monday.com CRM or comparable CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and process optimization
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
  • Strong data management and database maintenance skills
  • Ability to generate reports and analyze CRM data
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience using automation tools such as Zapier or Make is an advantage
  • Experience supporting investor relations, financial services, or professional services is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is a plus
