Job Overview
Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Email Campaign Administrator to support their team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role focuses primarily on data entry, maintaining databases, and sending batch cold email campaigns to prospective clients using existing contact lists.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, is highly organized, and can work independently with accuracy and consistency. No phone-based client communication is required.

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM [Sydney Time] (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases.
- Prepare, organize, and update contact information as required.
- Send batch cold email campaigns using provided databases and templates.
- Monitor email campaign progress and ensure emails are sent accurately.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company data.
- Identify and report any data inconsistencies or errors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, or office support role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online databases (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets).
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to follow processes and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with email marketing or bulk email platforms is an advantage, but not essential.
