Real Estate Sales Coordinator (Dubai Market)

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive Real Estate Sales Coordinator (Dubai Market) to support both business development and client relationship management. This hybrid role combines outbound prospecting, appointment setting, lead nurturing, and ongoing client coordination. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, qualifying prospects, maintaining regular communication with warm leads, and supporting clients throughout the sales journey until handover. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with prospective clients, highly organized, and experienced in managing long sales cycles while delivering outstanding customer service.

Client Overview:

A growing luxury real estate consultancy specializing in high-end residential developments and investment opportunities. The business serves local and international clients, providing personalized guidance throughout the property buying journey while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Schedule:

(40 work hours per week)

Note: Flexible schedule but with some overlap for Dubai time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients across target markets. Qualify prospects and schedule discovery or sales meetings with the founder. Follow structured outreach campaigns using approved scripts and messaging. Maintain consistent follow-up sequences with prospects to maximize engagement. Clearly communicate the company's value proposition during initial conversations. Maintain accurate outreach records and appointment activity within the CRM.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage inbound client enquiries regarding projects, pricing, developers, and investment opportunities. Nurture warm leads through regular follow-up across the full sales cycle. Respond to common objections using company guidelines and approved messaging. Support post-sales communication to ensure a smooth client handover process. Prepare briefing notes and client summaries ahead of meetings. Maintain organized client records and ensure pipeline visibility at all times.
  • Sales Administration: Update CRM records with client interactions, notes, and lead status. Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up activities. Provide regular reporting on outreach performance, appointments, and lead progression. Collaborate with the founder to prioritize opportunities and improve sales processes. Assist with additional administrative tasks related to client management when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales support, appointment setting, business development, or real estate sales coordination
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective professional interaction 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to build relationships and manage long sales cycles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury real estate or property investment
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth (HNW) or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • International sales or client relationship experience
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market
