Our client is looking for a dedicated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to support their growing home renovation and restoration business. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they receive exceptional service while navigating their renovation and insurance claim processes.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound phone communication with homeowners to provide project updates and coordinate schedules.
  • Liaise and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely processing, documentation, and follow-up on claims.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time customer records, project timelines, and job details within the Jobber CRM.
  • Conduct proactive follow-up calls to keep homeowners fully informed and reassured throughout each stage of the renovation process.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and address concerns promptly to ensure an exceptional service experience.
  • Act as the key organizational link between homeowners, insurance representatives, and the internal production team to facilitate smooth project completion.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in a customer service, account coordination, or client support role.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a highly professional, friendly, and reassuring phone manner.
  • CRM Capability: Proven experience using Jobber or similar service-industry CRMs (such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Salesforce) to manage client accounts.
  • Industry Exposure: Familiarity with the home renovation, construction, or insurance restoration space is highly regarded.
  • Work Ethic: Outstanding attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to manage client communication independently with minimal supervision.
