Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a proactive Sales & Lead Generation Assistant to help scale a growing coaching and consultancy practice. You will be responsible for driving outreach to organizations to pitch a unique DEI framework, promoting wellness workshops, and providing high-level administrative support to a busy solo operator. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, identify new opportunities, and manage a professional brand's communications.
Client Overview:
The client is a UK-based private coach and consultant specializing in DEI frameworks, menopause wellness workshops, and LGBT wellness hubs. The business operates across the UK, Ireland, and the US.
Schedule: Part-time engagement of approximately 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule with primary communication via WhatsApp and email.
Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted cold outreach to organisations to pitch the RDBEI framework and secure introductory meetings.

Research and identify potential leads across the UK, Ireland, and the US for coaching and consultancy services.

Promote recurring programmes such as menopause wellness workshops through social media and direct outreach.

Manage and respond to business emails, ensuring professional and timely follow-up with all prospects.

Research UK and Ireland grants relevant to Community Interest Companies (CICs) in the wellness sector.

Maintain organized records of all outreach activity, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules.

Provide administrative support, including travel coordination and calendar management.

Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, triaging and responding as appropriate.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or business development.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to represent a personal brand professionally.

High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Experience with social media posting and basic content coordination.

Ability to work independently and take initiative during quieter periods.

Bonus if you are familiar with Canva or CapCut.

It helps if you have experience researching grants or working with wellness organisations.
