Overview:

Are you a fluent trilingual translator looking for a flexible, remote opportunity to support top-tier marketing campaigns? Our client is looking for a Trilingual Translator (English to Japanese & Korean) to support Japanese and Korean market campaigns across CRM and retention marketing. This role is responsible for translating English marketing content into Japanese and Korean with high accuracy and strong localization judgment, ensuring the final output is polished, brand-aligned, and appropriate for public-facing channels.

Schedule:

• Part-time (MST 9 AM - 5 PM; likely less than 10 hours per week to start, with potential to increase over time)

Responsibilities:

• Translate English campaign copy into Japanese and Korean for CRM and email marketing assets.
• Localize messaging for clarity, relevance, and brand consistency in each market.
• Review source copy and flag language that may need adaptation before launch.
• Prepare a translated copy for handoff to the design team for placement into assets.
• Support recurring campaign work tied to promotions, lifecycle messaging, and regional CRM execution.
• Help ensure quality, consistency, and low revision cycles across translated materials.

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in English, Japanese, and Korean.
• Strong experience in professional translation, localization, or multilingual campaign support.
• Ability to translate marketing copy with precision and sound cultural judgment.
• Comfortable supporting customer-facing content where tone and accuracy are critical.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Retail, ecommerce, or consumer brand experience is preferred.
