Sales Development representative (Closer)

Job Overview

Our client is a fast-growing technology company in the AI search and conversational intelligence space, helping businesses strengthen their online presence and visibility through innovative AI-driven solutions.

They are seeking experienced Sales Closers who can manage the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach through to closing. This is not a role for appointment setters; you'll be responsible for owning the sales process, building relationships, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals independently.

The ideal candidate has a strong closing background and experience selling SaaS, technology, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or other high-value B2B solutions.

Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours per week) U.S. business hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead engagement to closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client business needs.
  • Present solutions and communicate their business value clearly.
  • Handle objections and negotiate confidently to close deals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up.
  • Manage client relationships and support renewals where required.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Work closely with leadership on larger or more complex opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer is required.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, AI, or similar B2B solutions is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident presenting complex products and value propositions to business owners.
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent pipeline and follow-up management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, search technology, or marketing solutions.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients.
