Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

A growing healthcare practice is expanding its online presence and looking for a Google Ads Specialist with strong virtual assistant capabilities to join the team part-time. The practice has its foundations firmly in place and is now focused on building its patient pipeline as new practitioners and service lines come on board.

This is a marketing-led role with an operational support layer. You'll be the person driving online visibility and patient enquiries while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Google Ads & Online Marketing

  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns across the practice's service lines
  • Conduct keyword research and refine targeting to attract the right patient demographics
  • Write and A/B test ad copy to improve click-through and conversion rates
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting
  • Make recommendations on landing pages, ad spend, and campaign structure
  • Identify opportunities to expand into additional channels (SEO, social) as the practice grows

Practice Support

  • Manage inboxes and triage patient and practitioner communications
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general admin as new practitioners are onboarded
  • Maintain organised records and support day-to-day operational needs
  • Help ensure a smooth patient experience from first enquiry through to booking

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Google Ads experience with demonstrated results — campaign examples or performance data required
  • Google Ads certification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, allied health, or a patient-service industry is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with practice management software or healthcare CRMs a bonus
  • Strong written English for ad copy and patient-facing communications
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Able to balance marketing priorities with operational support as needed
