Job Overview
Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Support Associate (Insurance) to support customer service, quoting, and policy-related tasks for pilots and aircraft owners. This role sits at the intersection of aviation, technology, and insurance, working closely with the client's sales and product teams. No aviation or insurance background is required — strong customer service skills, tech-savviness, and excellent English are the priority.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Communicate with pilots and aircraft owners regarding insurance coverage.
- Assist customers through the quoting and policy purchase process.
- Support customer retention and relationship management.
- Help with technical policy changes and payment processing.
- Learn aviation insurance products and basic terminology on the job.
- Maintain internal knowledge bases and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with the client's product and engineering teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a track record of handling client inquiries.
- Comfortable and quick to adapt to new technology and digital tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn complex operational workflows.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across cross-functional sales and product teams.
