Job Overview

Our client is looking for a talented Senior 2D/3D Motion Graphics Animator (AI Workflow) with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating premium visual content. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret approved storyboards and transform them into high-quality animations through thoughtful use of motion, camera work, lighting, composition, visual effects, and animation principles. This role is focused on execution rather than concept development, requiring someone who can elevate existing ideas with creativity, technical expertise, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible during client business hours, Singapore Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Create premium 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects from approved storyboards.
• Produce engaging animations using a mix of supplied assets, including video footage, static imagery, product renders, stock footage, music, ASMR sound effects, and other creative assets, seamlessly integrating AI-generated elements to enhance the overall execution.
• Create high-quality product animations, macro visuals, liquid simulations, particle effects, kinetic typography, and cinematic motion sequences.
• Integrate AI tools into the production workflow to improve efficiency while maintaining full creative control and quality.
• Ensure consistency across product visuals, branding, colors, typography, and design details.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine and polish animations to the highest standard.

Requirements

• Strong experience in both 2D and 3D animation and motion graphics, including software proficiency in After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
• Experience using AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow, alongside strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, lighting, composition, camera movement, rendering, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong visual taste, and the ability to create polished, premium-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Comfortable creating animations from static client assets using AI and traditional animation techniques, following industry-standard workflows and project files.
• Knowledge of social media video best practices (hooks, pacing, aspect ratios, platform requirements) and video ads experience for consumer goods brands.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable personal equipment setup.
