They are a lean, founder-led business that leverages AI-powered marketing tools to move faster than competitors many times their size. The CEO leads business strategy, credit decisions, and key relationships, while this role takes ownership of the entire digital marketing function
The business operates with an AI-powered marketing ecosystem that generates strategy, competitive intelligence, content drafts, and campaign recommendations. A performance marketing agency manages paid advertising strategy. Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (AI-Powered B2B Marketing) who can transform strategic direction and AI-generated content into polished, high-quality marketing execution across every digital channel
This is not a strategy-only role. Success comes from independently managing day-to-day marketing operations, directing AI-powered creative production, and consistently delivering professional marketing assets

Responsibilities:
Own the Digital Presence
- Be the single point of accountability for the company's online presence
- Manage and update website content, publish blog articles and landing pages, and maintain SEO best practices
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X by scheduling and publishing content, engaging with audiences, and monitoring analytics
- Maintain the Google Business Profile, including posts and review management, while managing online directory listings and industry profiles
- Execute email marketing campaigns, automations, and nurture sequences, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels
Creative Direction & Production
- Lead AI-assisted creative production while ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and produce LinkedIn carousels and social media graphics
- Create story and reel covers using AI design tools and design email templates
- Edit short-form videos, including captions and formatting
- Prepare presentation decks, case studies, brochures, and other marketing collateral
- Create event materials, including banners and speaker cards
- Review and approve all creative assets before publication
Campaign Management
- Monitor and coordinate digital advertising activities
- Monitor Google Ads campaigns, review keyword performance, and optimize bidding strategies
- Monitor Meta Ads campaigns and refresh creative assets as required
- Coordinate closely with the external performance marketing agency to align paid and organic messaging
- Prepare weekly performance reports covering advertising spend, Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversions, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Escalate compliance issues promptly when required
Content Creation & Adaptation
- Transform AI-generated drafts into polished, platform-specific content
- Edit AI-generated copy to reflect the founder's voice
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms
- Maintain a content calendar at least two weeks in advance
- Create case studies and customer success stories
- Write SEO-friendly blogs and website content
- Optimize headings, metadata, internal linking, and keyword usage
Analytics & Reporting
- Own reporting across all marketing channels
- Monitor Google Analytics, track social media performance, monitor advertising dashboards, and review email campaign performance
- Deliver weekly marketing activity summaries and prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations
- Conduct competitor monitoring and identify market opportunities
Marketing Administration
- Maintain marketing operations and documentation
- Keep CRM records clean and up to date
- Organize marketing assets and brand libraries
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and external vendors
- Track project timelines and deliverables
Requirements:
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing an end-to-end digital marketing function rather than a single marketing channel
- Strong experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Experience managing or closely monitoring Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience creating marketing assets, including graphics, videos, presentations, and email templates
- Experience coordinating with external marketing agencies
AI Proficiency (Required)
- Use AI tools daily for research, content creation, design, and workflow automation
- Write effective prompts and refine AI-generated outputs
- Use AI as a primary production tool to improve productivity and quality
- Be comfortable using basic terminal or command-line functions
- Must learn and adapt to new AI tools quickly
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable: Financial Services, Commercial Lending, Mortgage Broking, Insurance, Banking, or Property
- Understanding of marketing compliance in regulated industries
- Experience with B2B marketing and marketing to brokers, advisers, or other professional intermediaries
Working Style:
- Highly independent, proactive, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to make day-to-day marketing decisions with minimal supervision

Working Environment:
- CEO provides overall business strategy and approves external communications

What Success Looks Like:
- First 30 Days: Complete a digital marketing audit with actionable recommendations. Begin consistent posting across all social platforms. Develop branded templates and marketing assets. Independently use AI creative tools. Build a strong working relationship with the external marketing agency
- First 90 Days: Maintain a content calendar at least two weeks ahead. Deliver weekly email campaigns. Monitor paid campaigns consistently. Produce creative assets within 24 hours of receiving briefs. Keep website content current and SEO-optimised. Reduce CEO involvement in daily marketing operations to less than two hours per week
- Ongoing Success: Marketing function operates independently. Social engagement continues to grow month over month. Brand quality remains consistent. Competitor activity is monitored proactively. AI-powered marketing workflows are continually improved
