Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Bilingual Debt Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expert negotiation skills and fluency in English and Spanish to manage high-volume accounts and maximize debt recovery within a professional remote environment.

Schedule

40 hours / week; Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm Texas time

Responsibilities

• Handle High-Volume Accounts: Manage a large portfolio of debt collection accounts, ensuring all collection activities are handled efficiently and on time.
• Negotiate & Resolve: Use your strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial payment arrangements, resolve disputes, and recover outstanding debts.
• Communicate with Confidence: You'll use your bilingual fluency to communicate with clients and debtors clearly and persuasively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain Professionalism: Represent our firm with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, adhering to all industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Document Everything: Accurately record all communication and account activity in our system.

Requirements

• Senior-Level Experience: You have significant, proven experience in debt collection, preferably from a legal firm, accounting office, or other professional services setting.
• Fully Bilingual: You're completely fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH VIDEO CAMERA TURNED ON
• Expert Negotiator: You have a track record of successful negotiations and can handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.
• Results-Oriented: You have a strong ability to manage a demanding workload and meet collection targets.
• Note: To foster engagement and clear communication, team members are required to keep their cameras on throughout the entire shift. This helps maintain a collaborative and professional remote work environment.
