Our client is looking for a Property Management Assistant to help onboard new property owners and support them through the leasing process. This role combines client communication, system management, and administrative support—making you an important part of the company’s success and growth.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional first impressions
- Manage end-to-end client fulfillment activities throughout the property leasing journey
- Execute accurate data entry across multiple integrated business management systems
- Engage directly with clients via phone and email, building relationships and providing updates
- Navigate across CRM systems and specialized property management tools
- Process and organize leads generated from digital marketing campaigns
- Provide administrative support to enable smooth business scaling
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation for all interactions
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have experience working in the real estate or property management industry
- Experience with Zoho CRM and email systems strongly preferred
- Familiarity with property management software (DoorLoop experience a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple software systems simultaneously
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in client-facing interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor in client communications
