Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Real Estate Outreach Caller to engage with property heirs using curated lead lists to introduce the company's services. Operating within a structured assembly-line workflow with a clearly defined single-function role, the ideal candidate will excel at building rapport with potential sellers, qualifying prospects, and scheduling high-quality leads for follow-up conversations with the business owner. This role offers potential bonus incentives after the initial 90-day period and quarterly performance bonuses.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 5 pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to property heirs using targeted, high-quality lead lists rather than bulk volume calling to introduce the company's services.
  • Follow a provided script to accurately qualify prospects and gauge interest in receiving further information.
  • Build rapport with potential sellers through quality, empathetic, and professional conversations.
  • Schedule qualified leads for follow-up conversations with the business owner.
  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and lead status within the provided systems.
  • Collaborate with the family tree specialist to receive and organize daily call sheets.
  • Utilize provided dialer tools, such as the Mojo single-line dialer or CallRail, to conduct outreach efficiently.
  • Use SkipGenie to perform skip tracing and maintain data accuracy.
  • Focus on a specialized, single-function role designed within a structured assembly-line workflow.
  • Maximize market potential with the opportunity to grow as the business expands into additional U.S. markets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice
  • Strong interpersonal skills and natural conversational ability.
  • Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
  • High level of attention to detail when managing lead information.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a focused, quality-driven environment.
