Spanish Bilingual Client Support Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communications, supporting account management activities, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate client records, coordinate with internal departments, and provide timely updates to clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a remote work environment.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client service calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize, name, and upload documents to client files while maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate important client account updates to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide account updates, and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date client information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and excellent client service.
  • Deliver a positive client experience through timely, professional, and solution-oriented support.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role (any industry).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain productive in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable handling multiple client interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
