We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and booked appointments. This role focuses on optimizing paid advertising campaigns, improving lead quality, and building effective marketing funnels rather than simply increasing social media engagement.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and data analysis, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads that convert into booked appointments.
- Optimize advertising campaigns to improve lead quality and overall performance.
- Build and improve simple marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead forms.
- Track campaign performance and recommend ways to improve results.
- Test different audiences, ads, and messaging to maximize conversions.
- Work closely with the team to ensure leads are followed up effectively.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
Required
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Experience generating leads through paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing insurance, financial services, or other professional services.
- Experience creating landing pages and marketing funnels.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools.
- Basic copywriting or content creation experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools that improve marketing productivity.
