Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, Spanish Bilingual Assistant Case Manager (Personal Injury) to support essential case operations within the personal injury funding space. In this full-time remote role, you will serve as a vital link between injured clients, law firms, and medical providers to ensure all medical records, billing statements, and legal files are meticulously organized. You will manage daily case coordination, follow up on outstanding documentation requests under strict deadlines, and maintain data integrity within our internal tracking systems. The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, deep familiarity with the lifecycle of a personal injury claim, and the ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.
Schedule
Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Case Coordination: Assist Case Managers with the daily oversight of personal injury cases, ensuring all files are accurate and up to date.
- Documentation Management: Collect, review, and organize critical records, including medical records, billing statements, liens, and case updates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate professionally with law firms and medical offices to obtain missing information and provide timely status updates.
- Data Integrity: Enter and maintain precise case data in internal systems; follow up on outstanding requests and strict deadlines.
- Funding Support: Support the funding and approval processes to ensure clients receive support when needed.
- Compliance: Maintain high standards of confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and relevant legal regulations.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service experience (2-5 Years of experience)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal, medical, or personal injury–related environment.
- Strong familiarity with personal injury legal workflows or medical documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or specialized case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple case priorities simultaneously.
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience working specifically within a personal injury law firm or medical billing office (Preferred).
- Familiarity with the lifecycle of a personal injury claim, from intake to settlement (Preferred).
- Ability to identify discrepancies in medical billing or case documentation (Preferred).
