Real Estate Administrator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of a growing real estate business. This role is ideal for someone with previous real estate administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, organised, and timely support.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4:30PM New Zealand Time with 30 minutes unpaid break (30hrs per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage property listings across the CRM and other relevant platforms.
  • Prepare listings for marketing campaigns, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
  • Assist with preparing contracts, documentation, and other real estate administrative requirements.
  • Maintain and update CRM records.
  • Coordinate and organise property-related documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
  • Assist with data entry, file management, and document organisation.
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a real estate administration or virtual assistant role.
  • Experience using a real estate CRM (experience with any major CRM is welcomed).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive approach with a strong customer service mindset.
