French Bilingual Logistics Operations Coordinator (Odoo/Ringover)

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a French Bilingual Logistics Operations Coordinator (Odoo/Ringover) to handle logistics coordination, customer communication, and operational follow-ups across European and Quebec time zones. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, capable of managing outbound calls, updating internal systems, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills, experience with operational tools such as Odoo and Ringover, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality support.

Client Overview:

The client provides construction site equipment, including signage, safety, signaling, and communication tools for professionals. The company supports customers across Europe and North America with a focus on efficient logistics, accurate order tracking, and professional customer support.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Paris time, with 1 hour paid/unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers, partners, and stakeholders regarding logistics updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Support daily logistics operations, ensuring customer requests and updates are handled professionally and on time
  • Update customer records, logistics information, and order details in Odoo
  • Handle calls using Ringover, maintaining clear and professional communication
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to communicate customer requirements and logistics updates
  • Follow up on pending matters, delivery updates, documentation, and customer requests
  • Provide professional support for customers across Europe and Northwest America, including Quebec
  • Escalate urgent or complex issues to relevant teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support, logistics support, or operations coordination
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, and comfortable handling outbound calls
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate system records
  • Experience using Odoo is highly preferred
  • Experience with Ringover or similar calling platforms is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Available to work according to Paris business hours
  • French bilingual capabilities
