Job Overview:

Seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Google and Meta ad campaigns, optimize SEO, maintain a Wix website, and integrate marketing tracking with the CRM. The role requires hands-on experience in paid media, Canva, Wix, and analytics to drive lead generation for early learning centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, manage, and optimize targeted Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Allocate and redirect budgets efficiently based on cross-channel performance reporting.
  • Maintain and update the revamped company website on the Wix platform.
  • Build out and optimize digital tracking systems, ensuring full integration with the CRM (Owner).
  • Design supporting creative assets using Canva and assist with organic social media interaction.
  • Conduct continuous SEO optimization initiatives including generating backlinks and structuring blog posts.

Requirements:

  • Proven mid-to-senior experience managing paid ad spend, tracking analytics, and executing local SEO.
  • Direct operational familiarity with the Wix web platform and CRM tracking architecture.
  • Strong graphic design baseline utilizing Canva.
  • Background or context within the child education or tutoring sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proactive communication traits with the ability to provide independent strategic marketing input.

Scope:

  • A dedicated part-time marketing partnership (20 hours per week) aligned to Sydney time (10 am-2 pm or 1 pm-5 pm), focused on turning ad-hoc marketing into an optimized lead engine for early learning centers.
