Job Overview:
Our client is looking for an Organic Social Media Specialist (Coaching & Wellness) to join their team. This role focuses on developing and executing an organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to build brand awareness in the grief and loss coaching space.
Schedule:
20 work hours per week, New Zealand Time (flexible during client business hours)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to build brand awareness in the grief and loss coaching space
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent, emotionally resonant posting across all platforms
- Design visually compelling graphics and content that align with the brand's sensitive and supportive tone
- Set up and manage DM automation workflows to nurture leads and convert inquiries into coaching consultations
- Build and maintain an email list through social media lead generation and structure email campaigns
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to grow the audience and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate directly with Simone to capture her voice, expertise, and brand identity authentically
- Develop a phased social media roadmap to grow an international audience and support a premium coaching offering
- Implement lead capture and nurturing systems to support conversion from followers to high-ticket clients
- Provide strategic recommendations on posting frequency, content types, and platform-specific best practices
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably for coaching, wellness, or personal development brands
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Ability to create sensitive, emotionally intelligent content that resonates with audiences navigating grief, loss, and personal challenges
- Proficiency with Canva for content creation
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
