Overview
Are you a creative digital marketer with a keen eye for design and a talent for engaging storytelling? We are looking for a skilled professional to manage dynamic social media and content marketing campaigns for clients in the construction, architecture, and interior design industries. In this role, you will take ownership of content calendars, design beautiful marketing assets, and write compelling copy to help our clients stand out.
Schedule
- Employment Type: Full-Time – 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Brisbane Time (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Write engaging captions aligned with the construction and interior design industries.
- Manage content calendars across multiple client accounts.
- Maintain brand consistency using established templates and brand guidelines.
- Research industry trends to inform content creation and campaign planning.
- Draft and publish WordPress blog articles.
- Prepare and schedule email newsletters.
- Create LinkedIn content and company updates.
- Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva.
- Utilize social media scheduling platforms to plan, publish, and monitor content.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages where appropriate, and escalate inquiries as needed.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives and other marketing-related administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with Canva.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and competing priorities.
- Experience within the construction, architecture, or interior design industry is an advantage.
- Additional Terms: This is a backfill position. Candidates with previous experience supporting marketing agencies or managing multiple client accounts will be highly regarded.
