Digital Marketing & Website Specialist

Overview

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing & Website Specialist who will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing all digital assets across our healthcare entities, including website creation and maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising campaigns, and social media marketing. This role will focus on increasing patient acquisition, improving online visibility, and strengthening brand presence across all locations.

Schedule

  • 8 AM - 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

  • Design, build, and maintain company websites (WordPress or similar platforms)
  • Ensure websites are HIPAA-compliant and healthcare-appropriate
  • Optimize site performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness
  • Update content regularly (providers, services, announcements, blogs)
  • Implement SEO best practices (on-page and technical SEO)

Digital Advertising

  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local Service Ads)
  • Develop social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn as appropriate)
  • Monitor cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and ROI
  • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights

SEO & Analytics

  • Conduct keyword research relevant to healthcare services
  • Improve organic search rankings
  • Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Track patient acquisition metrics and marketing ROI

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement a content calendar
  • Create healthcare-compliant educational and promotional posts
  • Manage online reputation and respond to reviews
  • Increase engagement and community presence

Brand Consistency

  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership on campaigns and promotions
  • Create digital marketing materials when needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and website management
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO
  • Experience in healthcare marketing preferred
  • Proficient in website platforms (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Strong communication and project management skills
