Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled B2B Appointment Setter to manage our outreach campaigns and generate qualified meetings for our founder. You will be responsible for high-volume prospecting across email and LinkedIn, targeting approximately 1,000 companies per month. This is a critical role representing a high-ticket agency in the luxury market, requiring professional communication and a deep understanding of our value proposition.
Client Overview:
We are a UK-based content and media agency specializing in strategic packages for luxury jewelry and health and wellness brands. We provide high-value media assets that drive revenue for retail and product-based businesses.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, morning availability preferred from 9:00 am (UK Time, 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
- Generate qualified appointments with UK-based businesses in the jewelry and wellness sectors
- Craft and send personalized messages to high-ticket prospects
- Manage and nurture prospect pipelines to ensure consistent meeting flow
- Follow up with leads across multiple touchpoints to maximize conversions
- Qualify inbound responses and schedule discovery calls for the founder
- Track outreach activity and report on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or outbound sales
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong understanding of high-ticket or luxury client communication etiquette
- Ability to articulate complex service offerings and value propositions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bonus if you have experience in marketing, creative, or media agency environments
- It helps if you are familiar with the UK market and business landscape
