Job Overview
Our client is looking for someone passionate and willing to learn about automation and Artificial Intelligence who enjoys improving business processes through technology. You'll work closely with the existing team to build, optimize, and maintain business automations that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and continuously improving systems.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour Unpaid break) Sydney time
Responsibilities
- AI & Automation
- Support/assist in building and maintaining automation workflows using Make.com.
- Support in improving existing automations across multiple business functions.
- Support in creating AI-assisted workflows using Claude AI and other approved AI tools.
- Support the implementation of AI solutions that improve business efficiency.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- Assist in testing and improving automation reliability.
- CRM & Systems
- Manage and optimize GoHighLevel workflows.
- Support in building and maintaining CRM automations.
- Create integrations using APIs and webhooks.
- Ensure systems communicate effectively across business platforms.
- Troubleshoot automation and integration issues.
- Continuous Improvement
- Document automation processes and SOPs.
- Recommend workflow improvements.
- Stay updated with emerging AI and automation tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

- Hands-on experience using Make.com
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel
