Schedule: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Decatur, GA Eastern Time (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls and follow-up activities.
- Book qualified appointments with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and business needs.
- Deliver engaging virtual product and service demonstrations using presentation materials.
- Present tailored solutions and confidently close sales.
- Follow up with leads throughout the sales process to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for appointments booked, demos completed, and deals closed.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Build relationships with prospects and maintain a consultative approach throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting and closing sales.
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales KPIs and monthly targets.
- Ability to discuss previous sales metrics, quota attainment, and performance trends.
- Strong experience conducting discovery calls and demo-based presentations.
- Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain business solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
- Experience selling consulting, coaching, SaaS, or high-ticket services is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is required.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel is a bonus but not essential.
