Overview:
Our client is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Digital, Print & Marketing Assets) who can transform concepts into visually engaging designs that align with their brand identity. In this role, you'll create a wide variety of marketing and business materials, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute fresh ideas to support campaigns, presentations, and digital content. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and experience working with industry-standard creative software.
Schedule: Flexible work schedule | North Vancouver, BC, CA (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Design digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, flyers, email graphics, and advertisements
- Create visually compelling layouts while maintaining brand consistency across all assets
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns
- Design presentation decks, reports, and business documents for internal and client-facing use
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and illustrations for various platforms
- Prepare print-ready files and digital assets according to project specifications
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while managing multiple design projects simultaneously
- Utilize AI-powered creative design tools to improve workflow efficiency and generate creative concepts
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, branding strategies, and creative technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Slack for team communication and collaboration
- Proficiency in Figma and/or other AI-powered creative design tools
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment

Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Experience designing for social media, web, or email marketing campaigns
- Experience working with branding guidelines and corporate identity systems
