Job Overview
Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing daily communications, handling essential administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operation for the core team.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Singapore Standard Time, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming emails and draft timely, professional replies on behalf of the team
- Conduct simple background research and data gathering to support ongoing projects
- Assist with routine administrative tasks to reduce workload on the core team
- Ensure accurate and consistent communication in all outbound correspondence
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative requests as they arise
Requirements
- Prior experience in email management or general administrative support
- Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and professionalism
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under minimal supervision
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
