License Registration Team Leader

Job Overview:

As our client's License Registration Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of data entry professionals to ensure that license registration services are delivered accurately and efficiently. You will learn the data entry process and then help recruit, train, and QA a team of up to 5 people. You will also be responsible for communicating with management and ensuring that our client, a license registration company, meets or exceeds established quality standards.

Schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST; Full-time role

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the license registration data entry process
  • Recruit, train, and QA a team of up to 10 data entry professionals
  • Supervise team members and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Communicate with management and other team members to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Ensure all license registration services are delivered accurately and efficiently
  • Perform data entry work as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or customer support (non-voice)
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Technical Requirements (Laptop/Desktop):

  • MUST HAVE A Windows OS Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation
  • RAM: 8GB and up
  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • At least 25 Mbps Internet speed
