Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta, Google & TikTok Ads)

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta, Google & TikTok Ads) to manage and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns that drive business growth. In this role, you'll take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and performance across multiple platforms, using data-driven insights to maximize conversions and ROI. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical marketer who enjoys optimizing campaigns, uncovering growth opportunities, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion volume.
  • Analyze comprehensive marketing and sales data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing variations on advertisements, targeted audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
  • Assist with Shopify product pages and landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO) as needed.
  • Prepare regular analytical performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills (candidates must take the EF SET 50-minute English test) https://www.efset.org/ef-set-50/
  • Outstanding conversion-focused copywriting skills for advertisements and customer-facing marketing content.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret campaign performance data, make informed decisions, and work independently.
  • Previous professional experience in leadership, project ownership, or strategic decision-making capacities.
  • Hands-on experience directly managing paid advertising campaigns on at least one major platform (Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads).

Nice To Have

  • Practical Shopify development, product staging, or backend management experience.
  • Background in landing page optimization, A/B testing methodologies, and conversion frameworks.
  • Operational familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar data reporting tools.
