Job Overview

Our client is looking for a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to build, configure, and manage client funnels and email automation workflows within GoHighLevel. This role ensures seamless onboarding experiences, optimizes landing pages, and maintains backend operations across multiple client sub-accounts to drive engagement and efficiency.

Schedule

  • Flexible during client business hours, PST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Build and configure client funnels within GoHighLevel to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
  • Set up and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads and drive client engagement
  • Create and optimize landing pages aligned with each client's branding and conversion goals
  • Manage the backend operations of GoHighLevel across multiple client sub-accounts
  • Ensure all automations, triggers, and pipelines are functioning correctly and efficiently
  • Continuously improve existing workflows based on performance data and client feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with GoHighLevel, including funnels, automations, and landing pages
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with GHL or similar all-in-one marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and lead nurturing strategies
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy across multiple client accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
