Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Exterior Construction Estimator (Commercial & Multifamily) with at least 2 years of experience in commercial and multifamily take-offs, specifically for exterior projects like roofing and siding. Operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, you will perform end-to-end material and labor calculations using Planswift. This role requires strong proficiency in Excel, a solid ability to interpret construction plans, and experience with drafting tools like AutoCAD or Revit. Excellent English communication skills are essential, and applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their previous estimating or technical drawing work.
Schedule
Mon-Fri, 7 am - 4 pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Perform complete estimation work using the Planswift software
- Calculate material quantities and labor requirements for siding projects
- Review and analyze construction plans for residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed estimation documentation
- Follow company-specific estimation processes and methodologies
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an estimator doing commercial and multifamily take-offs; must have exterior work experience
- Strong attention to detail and precision in creating technical drawings. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO)
- Diploma or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Quick learner capable of mastering the Planswift software

- Excellent English communication skills
- Available to work US Eastern Time zone hours
