Job Overview
Our client is looking for a creative, strategic, and self-motivated Social Media Content Manager to oversee and elevate the online presence across their portfolio of five distinct brands. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the content strategy, executing engaging social media campaigns, and maintaining brand voice consistency during a period of rapid business expansion. This position is ideal for a cultural enthusiast who can operate independently under remote direction, spot digital trends quickly, and align organic content with high-profile product launches and media appearances.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a consistent social media content strategy across all five brands.
- Create engaging, on-brand content tailored to each brand's unique audience and voice.
- Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting across platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, trends, and cultural moments to capitalize on viral opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize organic content strategy.
- Coordinate with the business owner to align social media efforts with product launches and media appearances.
- Collaborate closely with the internal executive assistant and business owner to support broader visibility targets.
Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands or clients.
- Strong understanding of American pop culture, entertainment, and consumer trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Professional written English communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice per brand.
- High level of self-motivation to work independently and maintain posting consistency without constant oversight.
- A strong digital portfolio showcasing previous social media work, campaigns, and analytical growth results.
- Availability and willingness to expand into a broader scope as the parent brands continue to scale.
