Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Appointment Setter & Cold Caller (Australian Market) to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving their B2B sales efforts by generating qualified leads and setting appointments for their senior sales team. You will be at the forefront of their expansion, responsible for cold outreach to Australian businesses, introducing their advertising and website services. Our client is looking for a top-tier performer, the kind of salesperson who can build a robust pipeline and thrives on the challenge of engaging and converting prospects.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Melbourne, AU Time Zone

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to Australian B2B prospects to introduce our services and secure appointments
  • Master our "From a Meeting, Book a Meeting" (FANBAM) process to consistently fill the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities
  • Engage with prospects in a professional and compelling manner, overcoming objections and building rapport
  • Diligently follow up on leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed, by adhering to our "follow up, follow through, and follow back" methodology
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in a cold calling or appointment setting role
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and neutral accent that resonates with an Australian audience
  • Demonstrated ability to "sell yourself" and quickly establish credibility and trust with prospects
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and persevere in a challenging sales environment
  • A self-starter with the discipline to build and manage a sales pipeline effectively, with the goal of establishing a strong pipeline within the first 60 days
  • Experience with CRM software is essential; familiarity with "Go High Level" is highly preferred
  • While not a primary requirement, good written communication skills are a plus
