Job Overview

A fast, efficient, and honest residential and commercial cleaning service company based in California is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Video Content Specialist. In this part-time remote role, you will dedicate 20 hours per week to driving brand awareness and customer conversions through a mix of digital campaigns and multimedia creation. Your primary focus will be editing long-form videos and short clips for YouTube (with additional optimization for TikTok and Instagram), building and segmenting automated email marketing sequences, and supporting digital ad setups across Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has an eye for crisp visual editing, understands key performance metrics, and can work autonomously to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Mon-Fri, flexible anytime, Pacific Time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

1. Email Marketing

  • Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns
  • Build email sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
  • Segment email lists and monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
  • Ensure emails are aligned with brand voice and marketing goals

2. Digital Advertising

  • Assist in creating and managing digital ads across relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, or similar)
  • Support campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements

3. Video Editing & Content Creation

  • Edit video content primarily for YouTube, including long-form videos and short clips
  • Add graphics, captions, transitions, and basic motion elements as needed
  • Ensure videos meet platform specifications and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate on content ideas and timelines

4. General Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns, assets, and performance data
  • Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, and digital advertising (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Solid video editing and posting experience, particularly in YouTube. Preferably with Tiktok and Instagram knowledge as well.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of digital ad platforms and performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
