Full Stack Web Developer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing digital team. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building high-quality web solutions from concept through deployment and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and digital platforms that deliver exceptional user experiences. Working alongside Creative Directors, Designers, Marketing, and Account teams, you will help bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring every solution is scalable, secure, responsive, and performance-driven.
In addition to supporting our corporate websites, you will play a key role in delivering digital experiences for our global clients, including promotional microsites, campaign landing pages, loyalty platforms, interactive activations, and consumer engagement websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch responsive, modern websites from concept through production.
- Build scalable front-end and back-end web applications using industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and CMS-driven websites.
- Create responsive, mobile-first user interfaces that provide an outstanding user experience across all devices.
- Develop secure server-side applications and manage databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and other external services.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, security, and overall performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve bugs, and continuously improve existing websites.
- Collaborate with designers, creative teams, and stakeholders to translate concepts into engaging digital experiences.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Strong understanding of MySQL and database management.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
- Responsive and mobile-first development expertise.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and web security.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
- Experience with Headless CMS architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud hosting environments.
- Experience implementing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and technical SEO.
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
