Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced, results-driven Growth Marketing Lead to own the execution of the company's growth engine, driving customer acquisition from initial outreach through successful enrollment and long-term engagement. Reporting directly to the Digital Manager, you will transform strategic priorities into high-impact marketing campaigns, partnership initiatives, CRM automations, and funnel optimizations. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for delivering consistent, sustainable growth across multiple acquisition channels while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time (40 hours per week, including one 30-minute paid break)

Responsibilities

  • Growth Planning & Execution: Translate growth objectives into clear weekly and monthly execution plans; maintain marketing roadmaps and develop repeatable acquisition systems.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through launch; develop standardized campaign playbooks to improve velocity and quality.
  • Partnerships & Business Development: Build, negotiate, and manage influencer, affiliate, referral, and strategic partnership programs; optimize partner channels based on strict ROI metrics.
  • Website & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with design and development teams to improve landing pages, optimize user experience, and eliminate friction throughout the sales funnel.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation: Build and manage targeted email campaigns, multi-stage nurture sequences, and automated workflows; maintain robust audience segmentation, tagging, and attribution tracking.
  • Documentation & Operations: Author and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring marketing activities; build scalable workflows to increase efficiency through automation.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor funnel performance from lead generation through conversion; track acquisition costs (CPA), campaign ROI, and deliver actionable weekly performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • Growth Marketing Footprint: 3–5 years of dedicated professional experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Pipeline Management: At least 2 years of experience directly managing customer acquisition pipelines and growth initiatives with measurable funnel improvements.
  • Technical CRM Mastery: Hands-on professional experience building email marketing tracks, landing pages, and complex marketing automation rules.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret marketing metrics, identify performance risks early, and optimize campaigns using data dashboards.
  • Linguistic Standard: Exceptional written and verbal English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with membership-based, subscription, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization structures.
  • Familiarity with CRM ecosystems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Kajabi.
  • Practical working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic landing page or email troubleshooting.
  • Advanced proficiency using Notion for workflow documentation and Figma for design collaboration.
  • Bilingual capability in English and Spanish is considered a distinct advantage but is not strictly required.

Preferred Tool Stack

  • Notion, GoHighLevel (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, Telegram, Figma, Google Analytics, and specialized referral management tools.

Portfolio Requirement

  • Candidates must provide a link to a professional portfolio.
