Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Growth Lead to own the execution of the company's growth engine, driving customer acquisition from initial outreach through successful enrollment and long-term engagement.

Reporting to the Digital Manager, the Growth Lead will transform strategic priorities into high-impact marketing campaigns, partnership initiatives, CRM automations, and funnel optimizations. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for delivering consistent growth across multiple acquisition channels.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable launching campaigns, managing marketing operations, optimizing conversion funnels, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Planning & Execution

  • Translate growth objectives into clear weekly and monthly execution plans.
  • Prioritize initiatives and maintain marketing roadmaps using project management tools.
  • Develop repeatable growth systems that generate sustainable customer acquisition.
  • Prepare recommendations on channel allocation and campaign priorities based on performance data.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through launch.
  • Coordinate timelines, creative assets, approvals, and campaign deployment.
  • Develop standardized campaign playbooks that improve execution speed and consistency.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Build and manage influencer, affiliate, referral, and strategic partnership programs.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Track partner performance and optimize acquisition channels based on ROI.
  • Develop referral initiatives that encourage customer advocacy and repeat growth.

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to improve landing pages and user experience.
  • Support ongoing website updates that increase lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Monitor customer journeys and identify opportunities to reduce friction throughout the sales funnel.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows.
  • Maintain audience segmentation, tagging, automation rules, and campaign scheduling.
  • Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting across all marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize CRM processes to improve engagement and conversion.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring marketing activities.
  • Build scalable workflows that support future team growth.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency through automation and standardized processes.

Analytics & Performance

  • Monitor marketing funnel performance from lead generation through conversion.
  • Track campaign ROI, acquisition costs, partner performance, and channel effectiveness.
  • Produce weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Identify performance risks early and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or marketing operations.
  • At least 2 years managing customer acquisition pipelines and growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success growing lead generation and improving marketing funnel performance.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, landing pages, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to execute quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with membership-based, subscription, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Experience managing influencer, affiliate, or referral marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Kajabi.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic landing page or email troubleshooting.
  • Advanced experience using Notion for documentation and workflow management.
  • Familiarity with Figma and collaborating with design teams.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is an advantage.
