Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative  AI Solutions & Automation Specialist  to help identify, design, and implement practical AI solutions across multiple businesses and industries. This is a strategic consulting role for someone who understands not only today's AI tools, but also how to apply them to solve real business problems, improve operational efficiency, and create new opportunities through automation.

You will work closely with business owners and stakeholders across legal, engineering, education, sales, marketing, and operations to evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for AI integration, and build scalable AI-driven solutions.

This role goes beyond prompt engineering. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, challenge existing processes, and proactively recommend innovative ways AI can transform different areas of the business.

The position will initially be part-time (20 hours per week) with the opportunity to expand into a larger consulting engagement or full-time role as projects grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI across multiple business functions including legal, engineering, education, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and increase productivity.
• Design and implement AI-powered automations using appropriate tools and platforms.
• Create, optimize, and maintain advanced prompts for large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI technologies that align with business objectives.
• Develop AI-generated content across various formats including written content, presentations, educational materials, artwork, music, animations, and other creative assets where applicable.
• Build AI-driven sales and marketing automation systems, including lead generation, CRM workflows, customer communications, and campaign automation.
• Perform data collection and web research using AI-assisted data extraction and scraping techniques to gather business intelligence from sources such as Google, LinkedIn, and other public platforms while adhering to applicable platform terms and data privacy requirements.
• Prototype and implement AI solutions using no-code, low-code, or custom automation platforms.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges, brainstorm AI opportunities, and deliver practical solutions.
• Document AI processes, best practices, and implementation guides.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to help teams effectively adopt AI tools and workflows.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and proactively introduce new technologies and business applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions across multiple business domains.
• Strong understanding of modern AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Notion AI, and similar technologies.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills with the ability to optimize AI outputs for business applications.
• Experience designing AI-powered business automation solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Experience creating AI-generated content across various media including text, images, presentations, educational content, and creative assets.
• Experience conducting AI-assisted research and data gathering from publicly available online sources.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted sales and marketing automation, customer journeys, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong curiosity and a continuous learning mindset in keeping up with emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience integrating AI tools using APIs, automation platforms, and workflow orchestration tools such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar technologies.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is highly desirable.
• Background in systems analysis, digital transformation, business process improvement, or solution architecture.
• Experience consulting across multiple industries including legal, engineering, education, operations, professional services, or small-to-medium businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
