Overview
Our client is looking for a dynamic Appointment Setter to drive business growth through strategic outbound outreach. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, qualify leads, and directly fill the business owner's calendar using GoHighLevel. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for a self-motivated professional with a confident phone presence and a track record in cold calling.
Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours per week), flexible during client business hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided lead list and script
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments directly onto the business owner's calendar
- Manage and update lead records within GoHighLevel to ensure accurate tracking of outreach activity
- Follow up with unresponsive or undecided prospects to maximize conversion opportunities
- Provide regular updates on call outcomes, appointment volume, and pipeline activity
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound cold calling or appointment setting
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily targets
- High level of attention to detail when logging call outcomes and scheduling appointments
Scope:
- Outbound calling only; inbound inquiries are handled separately by the business owner
- Lead lists and call scripts will be provided
- Appointments are to be booked directly onto the owner's calendar
- Commission and performance-based incentives may be offered for successful appointments
