Overview:

Our client is looking for Bilingual Healthcare Intake Specialist (Patient Support) to act as the critical first point of contact for individuals seeking life-changing court-ordered treatment services, playing a vital role in connecting people with the care they need. This fast-paced, fully remote position puts you at the center of a specialized virtual treatment program that’s experiencing explosive growth. You’ll manage high call volumes efficiently while making a meaningful impact in healthcare, working with a dedicated team that values both speed and compassion in serving clients during challenging times in their lives.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Arizona Time | Full-time role

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls for DUI and court-ordered treatment services
  • Conduct initial screening and qualification of potential treatment candidates
  • Filter and route calls appropriately between sales/intake and customer support functions
  • Provide customer support for existing clients including technical assistance with forms and scheduling
  • Handle both English and Spanish-speaking callers for comprehensive bilingual service delivery
  • Process new client intake information and coordinate seamlessly with clinical staff
  • Manage call queue efficiently to ensure timely response to all inquiries while maintaining quality
  • Document call details accurately and maintain comprehensive client records for compliance

Requirements:

  • Healthcare or medical background strongly preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Spanish required)
  • Spanish bilingual capabilities strongly preferred for expanded service delivery
  • Experience with customer service in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge and unwavering commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse call types
  • Sales or intake experience in healthcare settings is a plus
  • Experience with virtual service delivery models is an advantage
