Job Overview

We are seeking a Supplier Onboarding Specialist to drive the expansion of a thriving network that connects skilled service providers with high-value work from national brands like Walmart and Best Buy. In this remote role, you will work with pre-qualified leads to present a highly beneficial opportunity to locksmiths, landscapers, electricians, and other service businesses. You will own the entire onboarding journey, helping suppliers join a rapidly scaling network that delivers consistent, vetted jobs. This is a ground-floor opportunity with an explosive-growth company where your efforts directly impact business success.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Use proprietary dashboard platform to identify and contact pre-qualified service businesses
• Make strategic outbound calls to locksmiths, landscaping companies, electricians, and facility service providers
• Present compelling value propositions to potential suppliers about joining a premium network
• Follow up consistently and proactively with prospects to drive conversions
• Guide new suppliers through the complete platform onboarding process
• Collect and verify required documentation from new network partners
• Track and report supplier signup metrics and conversion rates
• Maintain detailed interaction records in CRM system for seamless team collaboration
• Build relationships that turn one-time contacts into long-term network partners

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with strong phone presence and confidence in cold calling
• Sales mindset with natural ability to be persuasive and build rapport quickly
• It helps if you’ve worked in B2B sales or supplier relationship management
• Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems and online platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined follow-up approach
• Proactive work style requiring minimal supervision to drive results
