Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for real estate professionals. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM NY Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Calling new leads quickly and following up with old leads in the CRM.
  • Calling buyer, seller, rental, landlord, investor, past client, and sphere leads.
  • Booking qualified appointments for our real estate team on the calendar, ensuring they are confirmed and held.
  • Qualifying leads to ensure they are real buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, or investor prospects with a clear motivation or real estate need and correct contact information.
  • Updating Follow Up Boss with proper notes entered into the CRM after every call.
  • Sending follow-up texts/emails when needed.
  • Reporting daily activity and results.
  • Escalating hot leads immediately.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify potential real estate clients.
  • Deliver scripted sales talks that describe the company's real estate services, with the aim of gaining client interest.
  • Overcome objections of prospective clients through effective communication.
  • Stay informed about the real estate market and trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the real estate team to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback from potential clients to improve calling scripts and approaches.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
  • Basic understanding of real estate and property management.
  • Good organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in using computers and related software for record-keeping and communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Follow Up Boss is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation skills and persuasive ability.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
  • Spanish language proficiency is an added advantage. 

Commission will be available after 60 days.

Structure to be determined depending on the sales revenue

A qualified appointment should include:

  • A real buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or investor lead
  • Correct contact information
  • Clear motivation or real estate need
  • Proper notes entered into the CRM
  • Appointment booked on the calendar
  • Appointment confirmed and held
