Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Creative Marketing Specialist to support the marketing efforts of a growing healthcare practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging digital content, managing multiple marketing channels, and helping build a strong online presence while maintaining a professional and patient-focused brand.
As the Creative Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media and website content, producing high-quality graphics and videos, optimizing online content for search engines, conducting market research, and supporting patient communications. Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within the client's business hours, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, and online interactions, responding professionally and promptly while maintaining the organization's brand voice.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend new content ideas and strategies.
- Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
- Design visually appealing marketing assets for both digital and print use, including:
- Social media graphics
- Digital advertisements
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Promotional PDFs
- Patient education materials
- Event and community outreach materials
- Prepare print-ready files for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent branding and professional quality.
- Video Production
- Create, edit, and optimize educational and promotional videos for social media, websites, and patient education.
- Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content that highlights services, patient experiences, and educational topics.
- Add captions, graphics, animations, and branding elements to enhance viewer engagement.
- Website Management
- Maintain and update the company website to ensure content remains accurate, engaging, and current.
- Create and publish new web pages, blog posts, and service content.
- Update promotions, announcements, and patient resources.
- Publish and showcase customer reviews on the website.
- Monitor website functionality and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- SEO & Content Optimization
- Conduct local keyword research to improve online visibility.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and service content using SEO best practices.
- Rewrite and update website content to improve search rankings while maintaining readability and accuracy.
- Monitor SEO performance and recommend ongoing optimization strategies.
- Market Research
- Research market trends, patient behavior, and competitor marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, patient engagement, and lead generation.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on marketing data and research findings.
- Patient Communication
- Professionally answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
- Route calls and messages to the appropriate team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly and welcoming tone.
- Collaboration & Brand Management
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare marketing standards and organizational guidelines.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, community outreach, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, social media content, and digital marketing projects.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar creative software.
- Experience creating and editing professional video content.
- Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Working knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems.
- Understanding of SEO, local SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and online reputation management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience supporting a healthcare, dental, or orthodontic practice is an advantage but not required.

- A secondary monitor to improve productivity and efficiently manage multiple marketing platforms, design tools, and communication channels.
- A quiet, professional home workspace suitable for handling phone calls, virtual meetings, and focused work.
- A quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone for clear communication during team meetings and when answering patient phone calls.
