Customer Support Representative (Live Chat & Phone)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support through live chat and phone. In this role, you'll assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and help deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST (Hours will transition to 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST after onboarding) 40 work hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and inbound phone calls, including handling escalations.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely support for products, orders, shipping, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting response time and service quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume support periods.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support.
  • Experience using live chat platforms (e.g., Intercom) or similar CRM/help desk software.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted customer support tools with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Dependable, professional, able to work independently, and willing to complete remote training and onboarding.
  • Available to work Canadian Eastern (EST) and/or Pacific (PST) business hours; French/English bilingual skills are a plus.
