Job Overview

Our client is looking for a part-time translator to support retention marketing and CRM campaign execution across French- and German-speaking markets. This role will focus on translating English marketing copy accurately and naturally for public-facing campaigns, with strong attention to brand tone, localization quality, and turnaround speed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM MT (Less than 10 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Translate English campaign copy into French and German for CRM and email marketing assets.
• Ensure translations are market-appropriate, on-brand, and ready for public-facing use.
• Adapt copy with localization judgment rather than literal word-for-word translation.
• Flag phrasing, cultural nuance, or campaign language that may need adjustment by market.
• Collaborate with the design team so translated copy is ready to be applied to visual assets.
• Maintain consistency in terminology, promotional language, and campaign messaging across deliverables.
• Work closely with retention marketing / paid media stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English, French, and German.
• Strong experience in translation, localization, or multilingual marketing content.
• Ability to translate customer-facing promotional and CRM/email copy with minimal edits.
• Strong judgment on tone, clarity, and cultural nuance.
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaign requests at once.
• Experience supporting ecommerce, retail, consumer brand, or marketing teams is preferred.
• Ability to combine translation accuracy with marketing sensibility to confidently localize content for a global consumer brand.
