Overview

You'll assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and day-to-day executive support while helping ensure smooth internal operations.
Schedule
Full-time (specific schedule will be discussed during the interview)
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and prepare employment documents
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll and employee inquiries
- Ensure confidential information is handled securely
- Prepare reports and support day-to-day HR operations
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support to executives and the HR team
Requirements * Experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
