Job Overview

Our client is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist (User Acquisition) to launch and scale a user acquisition pilot program. In this remote, part-time role, you will work directly with the founder to acquire the platform’s first 1,000 users, focusing on high-value niches such as AI and game development. The ideal candidate has a proven marketing footprint within tech marketplaces or early-stage startups, possesses a deep understanding of community growth, and can confidently execute targeted outreach campaigns to capture the United States market.

Schedule

  • Thursday - Sunday, Hours Flexible (20 hours per week)

Note: Shifting windows are flexible during standard client business hours across the designated four-day operational block.

Responsibilities

  • Pilot Program Execution: Execute a high-impact user acquisition pilot program engineered to securely reach the first 1,000 platform users.
  • Niche Community Engagement: Identify, penetrate, and engage dedicated niche online communities, specifically targeting game developers and AI specialists.
  • Social Media Scaling: Establish, cultivate, and scale the company's social media presence across core visual and professional networks, including Instagram.
  • Collateral Oversight: Oversee and coordinate the production of modern marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality outputs for videos, digital graphics, and copy assets.
  • US Market Outreach: Design and deploy highly targeted outbound marketing campaigns explicitly optimized for the United States market.
  • Community Leadership: Lead organic community-building initiatives to drive long-term user engagement and brand loyalty within the platform.
  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with and advise executive leadership on growth marketing best practices, audience reach expansion, and pilot phase metrics.

Requirements

  • Startup Footprint: Proven professional experience in digital marketing specifically tailored for tech marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or early-stage startups.
  • US Market Mastery: Demonstrated success in targeting, engaging, and growing US-based professional networks and consumer audiences.
  • Growth & Community Literacy: Deep conceptual and hands-on understanding of organic community management, social media growth hacks, and distribution analytics.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Clear ability to develop high-level user acquisition strategies and translate them into actionable step-by-step implementation roadmaps.
  • Asset Management: Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of digital marketing asset creation from concept to publication.
  • Linguistic Standard: Exceptional English communication skills engineered for high-converting international B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
